What natural remedy can one use for toothache? I have taken some pain killer but it hasnt helped?
A toothache is nerve pain and regular pain medication does not help nerve pain. you should see a dentist because the nerve does not just go to one tooth but to many teeth. As for a natural remedy…. try oil of clove. You can usually find it at the pharmacy counter. Just put a small amount on your gums where it hurts, and if it is too strong, dilute it in some water. If you can not find oil of clove, then just get some cloves from the grocery store… chew the clove to brake it up and just place it on the gum around the area that hurts. But you really need to go have it looked at… you could develop a huge infection and believe it or not…. that infection can effect your heart.
